1. Purpose
The Upfoos app is the companion to the Upfoos connected foosball accessory. Some features require the physical accessory (sensors); others can be used freely (community map, tournaments, solo games).
2. Account
Creating an account is free and optional; it is required for online features. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Inappropriate nicknames or avatars may be moderated.
3. Upfoos Online subscription
- The optional Upfoos Online subscription unlocks the remote multiplayer features tied to the accessory. Current prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly). A free trial period may be offered to new subscribers.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play account (Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy.
4. Conduct
Social features (rankings, open matches, challenges, tournaments, messages) must be used with respect for other players. Any abuse may result in account suspension.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its content and the Upfoos brand are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and evolves regularly. Temporary interruptions (maintenance, updates) may occur.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
