Delete your Upfoos account
To request the deletion of your Upfoos account and the associated data, send an email from the email address linked to your account to:
with the subject line “Upfoos account deletion“. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Partial data deletion (without deleting your account)
You can also request the deletion of only part of your data (for example your city, your avatar or your online scores) without deleting your account: send your request from the email address linked to your account to vincent@upfoos.com, specifying the data concerned. You can also edit or clear your public profile card at any time directly in the app. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Data deleted
- Your account (email address, credentials)
- Your profile and public profile card (nickname, avatar, city)
- Your online scores and your leaderboard entries
- Your social data (audience, memberships, messages, challenges, matches)
- Your notification tokens
Data retained
- Proof-of-purchase records are retained by Google Play in accordance with its legal and accounting obligations; we have no access to them.
- Data stored locally on your device (local players, offline statistics) is deleted by uninstalling the app.
⚠️ Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: remember to cancel it first in Google Play → Subscriptions, otherwise you will continue to be billed.
